amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 28, 2014 by a State Workforce Agency
on behalf of workers of LexisNexis/Matthew Bender, Albany, New
York. The workers' firm is engaged in activities related to
the production of publishing of legal analysis and case law.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
