Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 29, 2014 on behalf of workers of K2 Mansfield, working on-
site at International Paper Company, Courtland, Alabama.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-83,129 which expires
on February 6, 2016. TA-W-83,129 has been amended to include the
subject worker group. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
