Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 21, 2014 on behalf of workers of AT&T, San Ramon, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-83,242D which
expires on February 21, 2016. TA-W-83,242 has been amended to
include the subject worker group. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
