Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 27, 2014 by the American Job Center on
behalf of a worker of Startek, Accounts Receivable Team,
Greenwood Village, Colorado. The petition states that an
"Account Receivable Specialist" was separated when the
worker's function was shifted to a foreign country.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the workers which constitute Startek, Accounts
Receivable Team, Greenwood Village, Colorado, does not meet the
definition of a group. "Group means three or more workers in a
firm or an appropriate subdivision." 29 CFR 90.2 The subject
firm did not meet this threshold. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
