Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 6, 2014 by a state workforce official on behalf of a worker of
LustreColor, Inc., Canton, Massachusetts (subject firm). The
petition states that one worker was separated on May 1, 2014.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. A group of workers must be at least three workers. The
