Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 28, 2014 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Inalfa Roof Systems - Silverbell, a subsidiary of Inalfa Roof
Systems, Inc., Lake Orion, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-83,224A which
expires on December 12, 2015. TA-W-83,224 has been amended to
include the subject worker group. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
