Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 23, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Caterpillar, Inc., Marine Engine Assembly Operations, Fountain Inn,
South Carolina (TA-W-85,329) and Caterpillar, Inc., Logistics
Division, Fountain Inn, South Carolina (TA-W-85,329A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
