Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 21, 2014 on behalf of workers of Bay Area News Group East Bay,
LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of California Newspapers
Partnership, Walnut Creek, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-81,756) that expires
on August 7, 2014. The certification was amended on July 24, 2014
to include workers at 174 Lennon Lane, Walnut Creek, California.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
