Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 11, 2014 by a Office and Professional Employees
International Union (OPEIU), on behalf of workers of Honeywell
Process Solutions - Mercury Instruments LLC, A Subsidiary Of
Honeywell International Inc., Engineered Field Solutions,
including on-site leased workers from Manpower and CorTech LLC,
Cincinnati, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance under an
existing certification (TA-W-83,185) that expires on January 23,
2016. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
