Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 2, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of John
Wiley and Sons, Inc., Wiley Content Management and Information
Technology Departments, Hoboken, New Jersey.
The worker groups on whose behalf the petition was filed are
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-83,188) which expires
on November 26, 2015. TA-W-83,188 was amended on August 1, 2014 to
include workers from the Wiley Content Management and Information
Technology Departments. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
