Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 30, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of John
Wiley and Sons, Inc., Information Technology and Manufacturing
Departments, Indianapolis, Indiana.
The worker groups on whose behalf the petition was filed are
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,972) which expires
on September 19, 2015. TA-W-82,972 was amended on July 25, 2014 to
include workers from the Information Technology and Manufacturing
Departments. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
