Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 28, 2014 on behalf of LexisNexis, a subsidiary of Reed
Elsevier, Inc., Customer Service and Fulfillment Departments,
Miamisburg, Ohio.
Workers of the subject firm are currently eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under two existing certifications.
Workers separated prior to June 1, 2014 are eligible to apply under
TA-W-81,638 while workers separated on or after June 1, 2014 are
eligible to apply under TA-W-82,571A. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
