Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on April
22, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of Avery Products
Corporation, a subsidiary of CCL Industries, Inc., f/k/a Avery
Dennison Office Products Company, including on-site leased workers
from Workforce Logic, Adecco USA, Hewitt Packard Staffing, Insight
Global, Manpower, Trithian Group, Zerochaos, and Procure Staff,
Brea, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance under an existing
certification (TA-W-83,227B; expires December 17, 2015). Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
