Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 22, 2014 by a former worker of the subject firm on behalf
of workers of ArcSoft, Inc., Customer Support Department,
Fremont, California.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petitioner is not a valid petitioner type. A
petition must be filed by a group of three or more workers, a
company official, a union official, a State Workforce Office, an
American Job Center, or any other duly authorized representative of
the worker group. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
