Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed by
workers on April 21, 2014 on behalf of workers of YP, LLC, Saint
Louis, Missouri (TA-W-85,252) and YP, LLC, Southfield, Michigan
(TA-W-85,252A).
The petition has been deemed invalid. To be valid, a worker-
filed petition must be filed by a group of three or more workers.
In the case at hand, one of the workers identified in the petition
was unaware that her name was used in the petition. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
