Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 15, 2014 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
ITT Cannon, LLC, Santa Ana, California. The petition states that
a WARN letter has been issued by the subject firm and that 265
workers are threatened with separation.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification. The certification of
petition TA-W-82,009 states that all workers of ITT Cannon, LLC,
Santa Ana, California, who became totally or partially separated
from employment on or after September 25, 2011 through October 17,
2014, and all workers in the group threatened with total or partial
separation from employment on October 17, 2012 through October 17,
2014 are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
