Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed on April 3, 2014
by a company official on behalf of workers of Lifetouch Inc.,
Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petitioner is a former worker of the firm and
is not, as asserted, a company official. To be valid, a petition
must be filed by a group of three or more workers, a company or
public agency official, a representative from a One-Stop operators
or partners, or a union or other duly authorized representative of
such workers,. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
