Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 2, 2014 on behalf of workers of West Point Products
Acquisition, LLC, a subsidiary of Clover Technologies, LLC,
Warehouse Division, Washington, Pennsylvania.
The worker groups on whose behalf the petition was filed are
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-83,034A) which
expires on September 24, 2015. TA-W-83,034A was amended on July 25,
2014 to include workers from West Point Products Acquisition, LLC,
a subsidiary of Clover Technologies, LLC, Warehouse Division,
Washington, Pennsylvania. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
