Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition for Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filed on April 2, 2014 by the State of
Maine on behalf of workers of Plastic Design, on-site at UTC
Building and Industrial Systems, 129 N. Main Street, Pittsfield,
Maine.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
