an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 2, 2014 on behalf of workers of LexisNexis/Matthew Bender, a
Reed Elsevier, Inc. subsidiary, Sales – Retention Group, Albany,
New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-82,571 which expires
on May 8, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
