Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 20, 2014 on behalf of workers of JP Morgan Chase and
Company, Mortgage Banking Division, Special Loans Department,
Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Remediation Team, Florence, South
Carolina.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-83,177 which expires
on December 26, 2015. TA-W-83,177 was amended on April 25, 2014 to
include workers from the Special Loans Department which includes
the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Remediation Team. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
