Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 20, 2014 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Kuehne + Nagel, Inc., Information Technology Support Division,
Jersey City, New Jersey (TA-W-85,162) and Kuehne + Nagel, Inc.,
Information Technology Support Division, Naugatuck, Connecticut
(TA-W-85,162A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
