Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 11, 2014 by the California State Workforce Office on
behalf of a worker of IBM Corporation, San Jose, California. The
petition states that the worker supplied educational services for
internal use and that the supply in service was shifted to India.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. A petition must cover a worker group which must consist of
three or more workers, per the Code of Federal Regulations, Title
29, Part 90. The subject worker group is comprised of only one
worker. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
