Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 30, 2014 by the International Association of Machinists
and Aerospace Workers (IAM), District Lodge 90 on behalf of workers
of Ross Sand Casting Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Ross
International, Ltd., Winchester, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-81,771) which expires
on July 18, 2014. Furthermore, the petitioner has requested that
the petition be withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
