Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 9, 2014 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Umpqua Lumber Company, including on-site leased workers from
Express Employment Professionals and Selectemp, Dillard, Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification TA-W-85,007A which expires
on February 7, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
