amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 8, 2014 by a company official on
behalf of workers of Lynch Technologies, LLC, Bainbridge,
Georgia. The workers' firm is engaged in activities related to
the production of glass equipment parts and retrofits.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
