an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 9, 2013 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Spirit Aerosystems, Inc., Wichita, Kansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-83,044) which expires
on October 18, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
