Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on December 5, 2013 in
response to a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed
by a company official on behalf of workers of OSRAM Sylvania,
including on-site leased workers from Manpower and Superior Tech
Services, York, Pennsylvania (here after collectively referred
to as "subject firm"). The workers' firm is engaged in
activities related to the production of metal stamped bases.
Workers of the subject firm are eligible to apply for TAA
under petition TA-W-81,688B, which expires on July 9, 2014.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
