Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 22, 2013 by a company official on behalf of workers of
REC Advanced Silicon Materials, LLC, including on-site leased
workers from Spherion Recruiting and Staffing, Silver Bow, Montana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,458A) which
expires on March 22, 2015. TA-W-82,458 was recently amended to
include all workers of REC Advanced Silicon Materials, LLC,
including on-site leased workers from Spherion Recruiting and
Staffing, Silver Bow, Montana. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
