Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 8, 2013 by three workers of The Timken Company, Altavista
Bearing Plant, Altavista, Virginia. The petitioning worker group
is covered under an active certification (TA-W-80,530), which
expires on February 2, 2014. Consequently, further investigation in
this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
