an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 8, 2013 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Company of Florida, St. Petersburg,
Florida. The workers were engaged in activities related to the
production of job shop manufacturing. The petitioner requests the
petition to be withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
