Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 4, 2013 by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of two
workers of REO Group Properties, LLC, Pasadena, California. The
workers were engaged in activities related to the supply of
property investments and real estate services. The petitioner has
withdrawn the petition. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
