Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on October 18, 2013 in
response to a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed
by the State of Minnesota on behalf of workers of Medtronic,
Corporate Headquarters, 710 Medtronic Parkway NE, Minneapolis,
Minnesota. The workers are engaged in activities related to the
supply of real estate and strategic sourcing services.
During the course of the investigation, the Department
received information which revealed that the subject facility
is in Fridley, Minnesota and that the worker group on whose
behalf the petition was filed is part of a worker group that is
the focus of an on-going investigation (TA-W-83,051).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
