Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on October 17, 2013 in
response to a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed
by three workers on behalf of workers of Pitney Bowes, Inc.,
Customer Support Services Group, Neenah, Wisconsin. The workers
are engaged in activities related to the supply of customer
support services for the firm.
The petitioning workers are part of a worker group that is
the focus of an on-going investigation (TA-W-83,053; instituted
on September 5, 2013). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
