Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 24, 2013 on behalf of workers of Berkebile Excavating
Company, Inc., working on-site at Johnstown Specialty Castings,
Inc., a subsidiary of Whemco, Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,671) which expires
on June 25, 2015. The certification was recently amended to include
on-site leased workers from Berkebile Excavating Company, Inc.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
