Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated on September 5, 2013 in response to
a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed by a state
workforce office on behalf of workers CQ Sourcing, Inc., a
subsidiary of General Parts, Inc., Distribution Center, New
Castle, Indiana. The workers are engaged in activities related to
the supply of automotive parts distribution services and support
for the firm.
The petitioning workers are part of a worker group that is the
focus of an on-going investigation (TA-W-82,976); instituted on
August 13, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
