Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 30, 2013 by three workers on behalf of the workers of
BCForward, Indianapolis, Indiana.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition was filed by three workers who are not a
part of the same worker group. The workers do not perform the same
function, are not members of the same business unit, and do not
work at the same facility. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
