Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 2, 2013 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
ATR International, working on-site at Abbott Laboratories,
Diagnostic - Hematology, including on-site leased workers form
Manpower Service Group. Santa Clara, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,379) which expires
on February 22, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
