Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 31, 2013 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
GCA Services Group working on-site at Regal Beloit, Springfield,
Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,199) which expires
on December 18, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
