Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 25, 2013 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
CorTech, LLC, working on-site at Interstate Brands Corporation
(IBC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hostess Brands, Inc., West
Helena, Arkansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-82,165D) which
expires on February 19, 2015. The certification was recently
amended to include on-site leased workers from CorTech, LLC.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
