Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by workers on July 23, 2013 on behalf of workers
of Axa Equitable Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Axa
Financial, Inc., Benefits, Payment and Accounting Group,
Syracuse, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-82,108) that expires on
November 19, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
