an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 21, 2013 by a company official on behalf of workers at
Covidien, Vascular Therapies Division, San Jose, California. The
workers are engaged in activities related to the production of
medical devices and medical supplies (stylet catheter).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
