Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated on July 9, 2013 in
response to a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition filed
by a company official on behalf of workers of IDG USA, LLC, a
subsidiary of Industrial Distribution Group, Inc., on-site at
Apex Tool Group, LLC, Gastonia Operation Division, Gastonia,
North Carolina (hereafter collectively referred to as "IDG USA"
or "subject firm"). The workers' firm is engaged in activities
related to the production of industrial supplies.
Workers of the subject firm are eligible to apply for TAA
under petition TA-W-82,375, which expires on February 27, 2015.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
