amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by a State Workforce Official on June 13, 2013 on
behalf of workers of Verizon Business Network Services, Inc.,
Senior Analyst-Sales Implementation (SA-SI), Alpharetta,
Georgia.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-81,968) that expires on
December 7, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
