Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed on May 6, 2013 by
a state workforce agency on behalf of workers of Kim Lighting, a
division of Hubbell Lighting, Inc., Ontario, California.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the worker group was separated outside the period
under investigation. A petition for must be filed within one (1)
year from the date of workers' separation. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
