Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by workers on March 11, 2013 on behalf of workers
of Verizon Business Network Services, Inc., Senior Analysts-
Order Management, Voice Over Internet Protocol, Small and Medium
Business, Tampa, Florida.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-82,189) that expires on
January 18, 2015. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
