Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance filed by a company
official on March 8, 2013, on behalf of workers Hemlock
Semiconductor Corporation, a subsidiary of Dow Corning
Corporation, Hemlock, Michigan and Hemlock Semiconductor LLC,
a subsidiary of Dow Corning Corporation, Clarksville,
Tennessee.



The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-82,509 and TA-W-82,509A)
that expires on April 15, 2015. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
