Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by State Workforce Official on March 4, 2013 on
behalf of workers of Pfizer Therapeutic Research, Pfizer
Worldwide Research & Development Division, formerly known as
Warner Lambert Company, including on-site leased workers from
ExecuPharm, Inc., Groton, Connecticut.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
currently eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
under an active certification (TA-W-81,945) that expires on
October 25, 2014. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
