Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 14, 2013 by a state workforce
official on behalf of workers of Recycling & Treatment
Technologies of Baltimore, LLC, a subsidiary of Magnus
International Group, Inc., working on-site at RG Steel Sparrows
Point LLC, Sparrows Point, Maryland.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under a certification (TA-W-74,919) which expired on
February 9, 2013. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
