Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed by a company official on February 13, 2013 on
behalf of workers and former workers of HP Global Functions,
Palo Alto, California.
The company has requested that the petition be withdrawn
due to inadvertent misstatements of facts caused by
administrative error and in order for HP Global Functions to
file a new petition that more accurately identifies the
affected worker group. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
